The postmodern era presents complex challenges for Christian leadership in building resilient communities amid social fragmentation and cultural plurality. This research analyzes the transformation of Christian leadership through intercultural dialogue as a strategy for building community resilience. Using literature analysis methods with hermeneutic-phenomenological approaches, data were collected through comprehensive studies of theological, leadership, and cultural anthropology sources. The research produces a culturally responsive leadership model that integrates Christian values with intercultural sensitivity. Findings reveal that intercultural dialogue transforms leadership paradigms from monocultural approaches toward authentic inclusivity. Community resilience strategies are developed through seven dimensions: adaptive capacity, social cohesion, member empowerment, economic resilience, cultural preservation, network formation, and crisis preparedness. The research contribution is a theoretical framework that synergizes contextual theology with transformative leadership to address the realities of multicultural societies.
Abstrak
Era posmodern menghadirkan tantangan kompleks bagi kepemimpinan Kristiani dalam membangun komunitas yang resilien di tengah fragmentasi sosial dan pluralitas budaya. Penelitian ini menganalisis transformasi kepemimpinan Kristiani melalui dialog antarbudaya sebagai strategi membangun ketahanan komunitas. Menggunakan metode analisis literatur dengan pendekatan hermeneutik-fenomenologis, data dikumpulkan melalui studi komprehensif terhadap sumber-sumber teologi, kepemimpinan, dan antropologi budaya. Penelitian menghasilkan model kepemimpinan responsif budaya yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Kristiani dengan sensitivitas antarbudaya. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa dialog antarbudaya mentransformasi paradigma kepemimpinan dari pendekatan monokultur menuju inklusivitas yang autentik. Strategi ketahanan komunitas dikembangkan melalui tujuh dimensi: kapasitas adaptif, kohesi sosial, pemberdayaan anggota, resiliensi ekonomi, preservasi budaya, pembentukan jaringan, dan kesiapsiagaan krisis. Kontribusi penelitian adalah kerangka teoretis yang mensinergikan teologi kontekstual dengan kepemimpinan transformatif untuk menghadapi realitas masyarakat multikultural.
