Contemporary churches exist in a transitional phase marked by paradigmatic shifts, digital disruption, and institutional trust crises. This condition demands a reconstruction of Christian leadership models capable of functioning in transformative ways amid ambiguity. This article constructs the concept of "liminal capacity" as a leadership competency framework that integrates Victor Turner's insights from ritual anthropology with biblical theology on wilderness experiences and eschatological existence. Through a qualitative approach employing a constructive-integrative literature review, this research identifies four dimensions of liminal capacity: the theological foundation of liminality, kenotic-apophatic spirituality, pastoral phronesis, and communal habitus formation. Findings demonstrate that liminal leadership is not merely an adaptive strategy but an authentic expression of Christian spirituality rooted in biblical traditions of God's people being formed through threshold experiences.
