Child sexual violence remains a pervasive global crisis that inflicts profound trauma on its survivors. Christian educational institutions have generally responded through either purely psychological interven-tions or moralistic-imperative approaches, both of which leave a significant theological deficit. This article aims to construct a distinctively Christian model of character formation for child survivors of sexual violence, grounded in the praxis of recovery. Employing a constructive-theological method with pastoral-hermeneutical analysis, this study engages the works of Hauerwas, Jones, Moltmann, Volf, and Rambo to develop an inte-grative framework. The article argues that authentic character formation for survivors must proceed through four interconnected dimensions: a pastoral-theological understanding of trauma, a Christomorphic reconceptualization of virtue, a narrative-embodied recovery praxis, and an eccle-sial community as a therapeutic-restorative space. This framework offers a transformative alternative that honors both the survivor’s wound and their teleological calling toward wholeness in Christ.
